Our core team has over 27 years of hands-on experience in valve manufacturing and began this venture in partnership with a German MNC 15 years ago. However, we are an independent organisation at present, incorporating German principles and strategies into our business model.
As leading valve manufacturers in the country, we deal extensively with the end-to-end manufacturing and installation process, including design, development, deployment, and after-sales support. We also design and supply a wide range of valves – ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves, gate valves, globe valves, and control valves being some of them – for different industries. We also contact our clients for regular maintenance work, so that the valves remain in good condition for long after they have been installed. So, valve repair and maintenance is an essential aspect of our services.
Our valve repair and maintenance involves several steps to prevent any problems and detect them quickly to control them immediately.
First, we release pressure from the system to prevent injuries and environmental damage. Then, we use a lapping machine to make the valve seat more even and facilitate a tight seal. We also lubricate the gate valve stem threads and nuts, so that there is no risk of wear and tear of the valves. Cleaning the different valve components and tightening bolts and nuts to the torque are some of our other valve repair and maintenance tasks.
